In this role you will develop and successfully delivery the fundraising strategy with the Fundraising Director, which supports and contributes to the organisational strategy.
You will lead and manage the Fundraising Team so that an innovative, motivated, energised, inspirational and highly-regarded team is produced, which generates sufficient and sustainable income streams.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable fundraising experience with knowledge of a mix of income streams and have a track record of managing staff.
